Obras de la A-369

Las obras de la carretera de Ronda- Gaucín, la A- 369, continúan a buen ritmo. Así, si el pasado mes de noviembre se adjudicaron y comenzaron los trabajos en el tercer tramo, el de puerto de Encinas Borrachas- Atajate, estos días se han iniciado ya las obras en el siguiente, Atajate- puerto del Espino. Además ya ha comenzado también el replanteo de los últimos kilómetros, los que discurren entre el puerto del Espino y Gaucín. En total serán unos 35 kilómetros de carretera en los que se habrán invertido 24 millones de euros. Y es que este proyecto no sólo recoge la mejora de la vía y su trazado, sino también el cuidado por el medio que la rodea, no en vano se trata de la primera carretera paisajística de la provincia. Hace más de diez años que se comenzó a hablar de este ambicioso proyecto que comunica Ronda con Gaucín y, por ende, con la bahía de Algeciras, y ahora se espera que esta pueda estar lista para un nuevo estreno en 2006.

Características

Unos 665.000 euros del presupuesto irán destinados a la restauración paisajística de los arcenes de la vía, un detalle que completará una atractiva imagen de la zona, donde se han instalado varios miradores en puntos estratégicos y quitamiedos de madera.

El primer tramo de la A- 369 corresponde a la denominada circunvalación Sur de Ronda, una actuación que se inauguró en 2003 y que ha contado con una inversión de 4,5 millones de euros. El siguiente tramo, ya ejecutado, es el de Ronda- Puerto de Encinas Borrachas, en el que la Junta invirtió 3,5 millones de euros.

El último en realizarse ha sido el de Puerto de Encinas Borrachas- Atajate, con un coste total de 5,8 millones de euros. Actualmente la empresa Urbaconsult ha redactado el proyecto de la variante de Atajate que está siendo ejecutado por la constructora Pérez Jiménez, y ya han comenzado también los trabajos del tramo siguiente, el de Atajate- puerto del Espino, con una inversión de 6,8 millones de euros y el replanteo del de puerto del Espino- Gaucín, con 2,2 millones de euros.

La portavoz socialista, Isabel María Aguilera, destacó ayer la importancia de un proyecto pionero en la provincia con el que se mejoran las comunicaciones entre Ronda y los pueblos del Valle del Genal, así como con la Bahía de Algeciras y el Campo de Gibraltar. Asimismo recordó que «la Junta de Andalucía ha vuelto a cumplir un compromiso adquirido con la Comarca de Ronda, la mejora de su red viaria».
